For physical training is of some value (useful for a little), but godliness (spiritual training) is useful and of value in everything and in every way, for it holds promise for the present life and also for the life which is to come.
I really like this blog. Great breakdown into Read, Relate, React, Respond. Obviously this person has a lot more experience at this than I do. I don’t want to copy exactly what they are going, but I can definitely learn from their example and improve on my own posts in the future.
